When ready for sale, you are NOT obliged to sell through our affiliated brokerage partners: choose any agent, broker or sell it yourself.
How we do it
1 We coach you by Skype (we help you set it up), in 50 minute sessions; you just need a tablet, laptop or smartphone.
2 You book 12 sessions on this website for once per week, once per fortnight or once per month.
You can change the times online within reasonable booking guidelines. We invoice, you pay, we start.

We give you general advice based on our experience and education; the areas we do not cover are legal, financial or taxation issues, for these you will need the advice of your solicitor and accountant.
We are also licensed business brokers (see about us) but are NOT offering brokerage services to you. What we offer is coaching in getting ready for sale.
